By accessing or using Wealthile ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Wealthile provides a free web-based tool that allows users to compare their income and net worth against statistical data from the U.S. Census Bureau, Federal Reserve, and other public sources. We also offer a premium PDF report for purchase.

3. Important Disclaimers

3.1 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information based on official government statistics:

• Data may be from previous years and may not reflect current conditions
• Statistical estimates have inherent margins of error
• Percentile calculations are approximations based on available data
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information

3.2 Credit Score Information

If you choose to provide your credit score:

• We do not verify or validate credit scores you provide
• Mortgage rate estimates are approximations and may not reflect actual rates you would receive
• We do not access, pull, or check your credit report
• Credit score analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for loan decisions

3.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEALTHILE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the Service
• Any errors or omissions in the content
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers

4. User Responsibilities

5. Premium Reports and Payments

Premium PDF reports are available for purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Accept that digital products are delivered electronically

5.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from receiving your report, please contact us at support@wealthile.com within 7 days of purchase.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding government data which is in the public domain), is owned by Wealthile and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on our Service

Our Service uses data from the following public sources:

• U.S. Census Bureau - American Community Survey (ACS)
• U.S. Census Bureau - Current Population Survey (CPS)
• Federal Reserve - Survey of Consumer Finances (SCF)
• World Bank Open Data
• Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)

This data is in the public domain and we do not claim ownership of it.

8. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change features, pricing, or availability without notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wealthile and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
